Your dog will be gone for 1.5-3 hours depending on where you’re located on the pickup and drop off route. Our one-hour walks start as soon as the dogs are unloaded from our climate-controlled van and ready to walk!
Most of our clients have regular schedules week to week and we try our best to accommodate as needed requests for service.
Reservations are required. Please schedule and cancel services no later than 24 hours in advance (no-show and cancellation fees apply).
Once registered, you can schedule your dog's walks online or send us an email and we'll book the walk for you! Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to cancel or reschedule a service.
We generally provide services between 8am-4pm Monday-Friday. If you require additional services or times, please inquire!
We are currently accepting clients in the neighborhoods in and surrounding Central and South West Calgary. Don't hesitate to contact us to see if we service your area! We're currently accepting new clients in: Killarney, Bankview, Wildwood, Mount Royal, Altadore, Rideau Park, Roxboro, Mission, Downtown Calgary, Inglewood, Renfrew, Bridgeland, Wildwood, Crescent Heights, Tuxedo, Rosedale, Hillhurst, Sunnyside, Scarboro, Sunalta.
*NEW* We are now servicing clients west of Sarcee Trail in Aspen, Cougar Ridge, Springbank, and other neighbouring communities.
We will need a key to your home, condo or apartment to provide your service. Our keys are kept in a safe and secure area when not in use and not labelled with anything that would compromise your safety and security. Currently some of our clients are working from home mid-pandemic and bring their dog to the door or curb for pick up and drop off!
Prior to your first service, your walker will come meet you and your pet for a FREE 15-minute meet and greet! Meet and greets allow you to discuss your pet's routine and any special requests you may have for your pet's scheduled services. You can show us where to locate treats, leash, food and bowls, jackets and booties, potty pads, or cleaning supplies.
We may alter or cancel services in cases of inclement weather. Most of the time we try to get the dogs out on a best effort basis if the weather is extremely cold, hot or smoky to ensure the safety of our employees and pets in our care!
You will always be notified of changes to your regular service, with notice, by email.
